Chyavanaprasavalehya

Chyavanaprasavalehya is an ayurvedic supplement fortified with various herbs, herbal extracts and minerals. It is very rich in Vitamin C content. It helps in the prevention of a variety of diseases through its immunomodulator effects and rejuvenation properties.

बिल्वाग्निमन्थश्योनाककाश्मर्यः पाटला बला |  
पर्ण्यश्चतुस्रः पिप्पल्यश्वदंष्ट्राबृहतीद्वयं ||
शृङ्गीतामलकी द्राक्षाजीवंती पुष्करागरु |
अभयाचामृता रुद्धि जीवकर्षभकौ शठी ||  
मुस्ता पुनर्नवा मेदा सूक्ष्मैलोत्पल चंदने |
विदारीवृषमूलानि काकोली काकनासिका ||
एषान् पलोन्मितान् भागान् शतान्यामलकस्य च |
पंच दध्यात् तथैकथ्यं जलद्रोणे विपाचयेत् ||
ज्ञात्वांगत रसान्येतान्यौषधनान्यथ तद्रसं |   
तंचामालक मुद्धृत्य निष्कलं तैलसर्पिषोः ||
पलद्वादशके भृष्टवा दध्याच्चार्धंतुलां भिषक् |
मत्स्यंडिकायाः पूतायाः लेहवत्साधु साधयेत् ||
षट्पलं मधुनश्चात्र सिद्ध शीते प्रदापयेत |
चतुष्पलं विदध्याच्च त्वगेला पत्रकेसरं  ||
इत्ययं च्यवनप्राशः परमुक्तो रसायनः |
कासश्वासहरश्चैव विशेषेणोपदिश्यते ||
क्षीणक्षतांनां वृद्धानां बालानांचांगवर्धनः |
स्वरक्षयमुरोरोगं हृद्रोगं वातशोणितं ||
पिपासां मूत्रशुक्रस्थान् दोषाण्यैवापकर्षति |
मेधांस्मृतिं कांतिमनामयत्वं चायुप्रकर्षबलमिन्द्रियाणां ||
स्त्रीषुप्रहर्ष परमग्निवृद्धि बलप्रसादं पवनानुलोमं |
रसायनस्यास्य नरः प्रयोगात् लभेत जीर्णोपि कुटीप्रवेशात् ||
जराकृतं पूर्वमपास्य रूपं बिभर्ति रूपं नवयौवनस्य ||

bilvāgnimanthaśyonākakāśmaryaḥ pāṭalā balā |
parṇyaścatusraḥ pippalyaśvadaṁṣṭrābr̥hatīdvayaṁ ||
śr̥ṅgītāmalakī drākṣājīvaṁtī puṣkarāgaru |
abhayācāmr̥tā ruddhi jīvakarṣabhakau śaṭhī ||
mustā punarnavā medā sūkṣmailotpala caṁdane |
vidārīvr̥ṣamūlāni kākolī kākanāsikā ||

eṣān palonmitān bhāgān śatānyāmalakasya ca |
paṁca dadhyāt tathaikathyaṁ jaladroṇe vipācayet ||
jñātvāṁgata rasānyetānyauṣadhanānyatha tadrasaṁ |
taṁcāmālaka muddhr̥tya niṣkalaṁ tailasarpiṣoḥ ||
paladvādaśake bhr̥ṣṭavā dadhyāccārdhaṁtulāṁ bhiṣak |
matsyaṁḍikāyāḥ pūtāyāḥ lehavatsādhu sādhayet ||

ṣaṭpalaṁ madhunaścātra siddha śīte pradāpayeta |
catuṣpalaṁ vidadhyācca tvagelā patrakesaraṁ ||
ityayaṁ cyavanaprāśaḥ paramukto rasāyanaḥ |
kāsaśvāsaharaścaiva viśeṣeṇopadiśyate ||
kṣīṇakṣatāṁnāṁ vr̥ddhānāṁ bālānāṁcāṁgavardhanaḥ |
svarakṣayamurorogaṁ hr̥drogaṁ vātaśoṇitaṁ ||
pipāsāṁ mūtraśukrasthān doṣāṇyaivāpakarṣati |

Chyavanaprashavalehya Dosage —

The dosage of Chyavanaprashavalehya depends on the digestive capacity of the person. There is no specific dosage for Chyavanaprashavalehya which has been prescribed.

  • For Children — 1 gram to 5 gram
  • For Adults — 12 to 24 grams
  • For Geriatric — 7.5 to 15 grams

Doses — 1 or 2 doses per day

Right Time to Take Chyavanaprashavalehya — On an empty stomach in the morning or before a meal; if taken twice, then one can also take it 30 minutes before dinner or 2 hours after dinner.
