Duralabharishtam or Duralabharishta is an ayurvedic medicinal preparation. It is used in conditions like piles/hemorrhoids, indigestion, decreased digestive power etc… It is more useful in bleeding piles and has more anulomana (normal movement of vata) property.

पचेद् दुरालभाप्रस्थं द्रोणे अपां द्विपलैस्सह |
दन्तीपाठ अग्निविजयावासामलकनागरैः ||
तस्मिन् सिता शतदद्यात् पादस्थे अन्यच्च पूर्ववत् |
लिंपेत्कुंभंतु फलिनीकृष्णाचव्याज्यमाक्षिकैः ||
pacēd durālabhāprasthaṁ drōṇē apāṁ dvipalaissaha |
dantīpāṭha agnivijayāvāsāmalakanāgaraiḥ ||
tasmin sitā śatadadyāt pādasthē anyacca pūrvavat |
limpētkumbhantu phalinīkr̥ṣṇācavyājyamākṣikaiḥ ||

Dosage —
In general, it is advised 15 to 30 ml once or twice daily or as directed by the physician.
