त्रिफलायास्त्रयः प्रस्थाः प्रस्थैकममृतां भवेत् |
संक्षुध्यलोहपात्रेतु सार्धद्रोणांबुनापचेत् ||
जलमर्धशृतं  ज्ञात्वा गृहणीयाद्वस्त्रगालितं |
ततः क्वाथे क्षिपेच्छुद्धं  गुग्गुलुं प्रस्थं सम्मितं  ||
पुनः पचेदयः पात्रे दव्र्या संघट्टथेन्मुहुः |
सांद्रीभूतं च तं ज्ञात्वा गुडपाक  समाकृतिं ||
चूर्णीकृत्य ततस्तत्र द्रव्याणीमानि निक्षिपेत् |
त्रिफला द्विपलाज्ञेया गुडूची पलिका मता ||
षडक्षं त्र्यूषणं प्रोक्तं विडंगं च पलार्धकं |
दंती कर्षमिताकार्या त्रिवृत्कर्षमिता स्मृता ||
ततः पिंडीकृतं सर्वं घृत भांडे विनिक्षिपेत् |
गुटिकाः शाणिकाः कृत्वा युंज्याद्दोषाध्यपेक्षया ||
अनुपानं भिषक् दध्यात् कोष्णं नीरं पयोऽथवा |
मंजिष्टादि शृतंवापि युक्तियुक्तमतः परं ||
जयेत्सर्वानि कुष्टानि वातरक्तं त्रिदोषजं |
सर्वव्रणांश्च गुल्मांश्च प्रमेहपिटकांस्तथा ||
प्रमेहोदरमंदाग्निकासश्वयथु पांडुताः |
हंति सर्वामयान्नित्यमुपयुक्तो रसायनः ||
कैशोरिकोभिधानोयं गुग्गुलुः कांतिकारकः |
वासादिना नेत्रगदान् गुल्मदीन् वरूणादिना ||
क्वाथेन खदिरस्यापि व्रणं कुष्टं विनाशयेत् |
अम्लं तीष्णमजीर्णं च व्यवायं श्रममातपं ||
मध्यं रोषं त्यजेत्सम्यक् गुणार्थपुरसेवकः  ||
